Portable DNA sequencing

The portable Oxford Nanopore MinION sequencer has enabled new applications of DNA and RNA sequencing. I published on Github a tutorial and R code for quality assessment and analysis of sequencing data.

This was the same devise that was used for the first DNA Sequencing in Space. I have discussed this experiment in an article that I have published in Les Echos
